† In the name of the Lord and Master Jesus Christ, our God and Savior,
and of our Lady, the Holy Theotokos and Ever-Virgin Mary,
and of all the saints, in the year of Diocletian.
Let the present compromise be made voluntarily among each other.
From one side, Aurelius Apa Hol Pomarites, son of Apa Ision; from the other side, Aurelius Phoibammons Sandalas, son of Ptolemon, from the city of Arsinoe, from the crossroads of the metropolis of Psappha.
And Phoibammons greets Cleopatra. We agree to adjudicate against each other according to the established public debt of the same city and to love each other and remain in their judgment.
If anyone among us does not agree with their judgment, let the offending party be liable to pay a fine of twelve gold coins.
Let the Lord be the compromise (and) having been asked, we have agreed: Apa Hol and Phoibammons are with us as is appropriate.

† In the name of the Lord and Master Jesus Christ, our God and Savior,
and of our Lady, the holy Theotokos and ever-virgin Mary,
and of all the saints, in the year of Diocletian 361, Thoth 26, indiction 3, in Arsinoe.
The present compromise (agreement) is made voluntarily between each other:
on the one side Aurelius Apa Ol, orchard-keeper, son of Apa Ision,
and on the other side Aurelius Phoibammon, sandal-maker, son of Ptollon, from the city of the Arsinoites, from the quarter of the metropolis Psappalios.
Phoibammon, son of Kleopatrios, greetings. We agree to submit our dispute concerning the public debt of the same city to arbitrators,
and we agree to accept and abide by their judgment.
If either of us does not accept their decision, the party violating the agreement shall be liable to pay to the accepting party a penalty of twelve gold solidi.
This compromise is binding, and upon being questioned, we, Apa Ol and Phoibammon, have agreed and confirmed as stated above.

† I, Aristomachos, deacon, witness this compromise as stated above. †
Through me, Cosmas.
