Those who have sworn not to deceive; if they do not register, let them pay the fines.
Let them be sent to the metropolises or to the villages.
Let them be deprived, as well as the shipmaster and those who bring the jars.
If the merchants and the shopkeepers buy wine from the importers, if the products are registered; if some are shown to be bought from them,
let the importers who are not registered be deprived of the wine and let them pay for each jar.
Those who have registered the wine shall be allowed to sell it, and whoever does not mark it shall be deprived of the wine and pay for each jar.
If some are found not to have registered the taxes nor marked the jars, let them be deprived of the burdens; if they are carried by river, and of the ship, if by land, and of the transporters, a fine shall be imposed for each jar.
Likewise, those who have bought from them shall be liable to the same fines, and let them report anyone who wishes to.
Likewise, it shall not be permitted for those who import untaxed wine to sell it, nor for anyone to buy from them.
Let them be deprived of the wine, and let those who have been charged pay for each jar.
