[ἔσχον] καὶ ἐδεξάμην [παρὰ σοῦ] ἀπὸ λόγου τοῦ γραμματίου ἀββα Ἰσακ μονάζοντος τῶν τεσσάρων χρυσίνων χρυσίου νομισμάτια δύο παρὰ κεράτια ὀκτώ, χρ(υσίου) νο(μισμάτια) β π(αρὰ) η καὶ πρὸς σὴν ἀσφάλειαν πεποίημαι τοῦτό μου τὸ ἐντάγιον ὡς πρόκειται.
