"Let those who lend and those who are borrowing be written into the record; let those who are arranged in the military be registered with their own homelands and from whatever units they may be and whatever contributions they may have; but let the citizens register their fathers and the demes; and if they are also in the military, let them register the units and the contributions.
But let the others register their fathers and their homelands and in whatever race they may be.
Let both the lenders and the borrowers and the sureties and the witnesses seal the record; let one of the witnesses keep watch.
