After our written notification to the royal scribe, who responded appropriately, the land was publicly auctioned by herald, with Ptolemaios present and Herakleides son of Herakleides from the royal scribe, and no one coming forward or bidding higher or even matching the price, it was awarded to the creditor Ptolemaios, aged 38, honey-colored complexion, white-haired, with a scar, at the price of copper (talents 2) as the decree prescribes. The property is located in the village Sobthis, all around the city, an abandoned orchard with trees and a well, area 2 ¼ arouras, and whatever else there may be with the attached buildings, half valued at copper (talents 2); neighbors of the entire orchard: south, a canal called Omphalonia; north, the royal road and Tekbe; east, dry land of Akleides; west, village formerly of Eumelos.]
