Translation into English

I received, I Papnuthius, overseer of saddlers of this city, from you, Mena, a trustworthy person from the village of Mitrodoros, for the distribution of the current twelfth indiction, one saddle of the kind of gaidarion, and I have one of his pasmakan, and I am ready to pay these on behalf of your distribution. It was written in the month of Choiak, the 17th of the same twelfth indiction, through me, Sergius, the notary.
