Translation into English

Of the whole part, having been implanted to me by his word, of the agreed upon exchange between us, having permitted, to your shining (perhaps) annually the amount that is in it, of three gold coins annually for consolation.
According to this, I have set forth to you my present writing, an unbreakable agreement, by which I readily acknowledge to have in a contract and in an unbroken manner to give you annually all the three stable gold coins of the eternal package.
As long as my present writing of agreement stands with you. I will not only fulfill for you other six stable coins once for the recently passed ninth indiction, concerning my entire position. The present agreement is valid and certain, and having been questioned, I have acknowledged.
The present agreement as it is proposed. I have written on behalf of him letters without knowing. I bear witness to the present agreement, having heard from the one who set it. I bear witness to the lease having heard from the one who set it.
Through me, Philip, with God, the contract was written.

English Translation

[to your] illustriousness annually the amount stipulated therein,

by which I willingly agree to provide you annually without fail,
in both wet and dry conditions, the full amount of the perpetual agreement, three gold solidi of full weight,
from the month of Phaophi, from the fruits of the present tenth indiction and thereafter continuously,
for as long as this present written agreement remains valid with you.
Moreover, I shall also pay you once an additional six solidi of full weight
for the recently passed ninth indiction, at my own risk and from the resources of my entire estate.
This present agreement is authoritative and secure, and upon being questioned, I have acknowledged it.
