τί ἐπρ[ά]χθη ὑμῖν περὶ τῆς Πα-
κερκὴ [ο]ὐκ ἐδήλωσά[ς] μοι. εἴ τι γὰρ
οἱ̣ το̣ῦ̣ ἀ[δ]ελφοῦ Ἀμμωνίωνος ποιοῦ[σι], τὸ αὐτὸ ποιεῖν ὀφείλεις.
φρόντ[ισ]ο̣ν

θῆναι μυρ[ι]άδας πλίνθου ἐν μὲν

What has happened to you regarding the Pakerke, you have not made clear to me. For if indeed
those of the brother Ammonion are doing something, you ought to do the same.

English Translation

Herakleides to Herakleides, his dearest, greetings.
You have not informed me what was done by you concerning Pakerke.
For if the people of the brother Ammonion are doing something, you ought to do the same.
Take care to have made for us tens of thousands of bricks: in the dry vineyard near the property, twenty thousand, and for the embankments, twenty thousand.
But see that you do not neglect the threshing-floor of the island, and from here onward lease it out to reliable people, so that we may be free from worry at the proper time.
