To the chief magistrate at the court of Apollonius the Heracleid and of Ammonius the Anubian, son of Persus of the lineage. Ammonius agrees to have a loan from Apollonius of sixty-four Ptolemaic drachmas without interest, which he will repay in three months from the month of Pharmouthi of the current 17th year of Caesar without any additional charges or being liable to immediate legal action and to be held until the principal is paid along with half, and the overdue interest according to the agreement will be paid to Apollonius from Ammonius himself and from all his possessions as if he were in a state of legal incapacity and whatever he may bring forth in terms of guarantees of all kinds. This is the loan apart from other debts that the same Ammonius owes along with his mother to Apollonius under a separate agreement of one hundred drachmas.
