Thersandros, son of Chares, makes an agreement. In the fourteenth year, in the month of the fifth and twentieth, in the city of Herakleia, above Memphis. Thersandros acknowledges that he, Apollonios of Macedon, of the horsemen of the inhabitants, is willing to grant Thersandros the land that has been transferred to him from the existing property of his estate, ten arouras in two plots, five arouras of Polemon and five in the Elaios, of which the division is southward towards the north. The royal land of the royal estate of the departed, from which the Chares has been granted to Thersandros, for the offerings to the crowns and the other royal matters, according to the accounts of the cavalry, the management of which Thersandros will provide the declared arouras, free from all royal and private debts and from all other obligations from the past until the thirtieth of the month of the fourteenth year, and from other transfers into the eternal time, confirming all confirmations. The wife of Thersandros, Herakleia, of the same man and brother. If Thersandros and Herakleia or another on their behalf have been granted and have been poorly constructed according to what is written, the sworn matters shall be valid, and the entry shall be invalid, and let Thersandros and Herakleia and the one on their behalf be subject to the penalty of a fine of fifty talents of bronze coinage, and let the transfer be valid, as they have willingly agreed.
