from Ischyrion, son of Deios, grandson of Hermas, whose mother is Asklas,
from the village of Ptolemais Hormos.
My father Deios, son of Hermas, grandson of Eleis, whose mother was Mero[us],
registered in the census of the aforementioned village,
died in the month of Phaophi of the current 25th year
of Marcus Aurelius Commodus Antoninus Augustus.
Therefore, I request that his name be entered
in the list of the deceased, as is customary.
I, Ischyrion, about 32 years old,
with a scar on the right shin.
