My father Deios, Hermes of the Eleian mother of Mēros, being recorded in the aforementioned village, passed away to Phāōphis in the month of the present year of Marcus Aurelius Commodus, of Antoninus Augustus. I request that his name be included in the list of the deceased as it pertains to the similar ones.
