Ulpius Al[exan]der cens(itor) Hept(anomiae) [subscr(ipsi)].
Of the consulate of our lords Valerius Licinnius Licinnius the August and Flavius Valerius Constantine, son of the August, on the 18th day before the Kalends of July, that is, on the 15th of Pauni, to Ulpius Alexander, censor of Heptanomia, from Aurelius Isidorus, son of Ptolemaios, mother of Heroides, from the village of Karanidos, from the district of Arsinoites.
Following the divine command of our lords Marcus Aurelius Valerius Maximianus, elder Augustus, and Galerius Valerius Maximianus and Valerius Licinnius Licinnius the August and Galerius Valerius Maximinus and Flavius Valerius Constantine, sons of the August, I am registered among the illustrious Caesars, by you, the censor who has been sent, under their heavenly fortune, I, Isidorus, being subordinate to myself, of the forty years.
I, being without a father, swear by all the gods and by fortune and by victory of our lords, the unconquered kings, that nothing has been concealed. (hand 2) Aurelius Isidorus swore by all the gods and by the divine oath that I have made the registration true, and I have delivered it. Aurelius Isidorus wrote letters on behalf of him, not knowing.
(hand 3) It is established that he is subordinate to one, being without a father, (hand 4) Ulpius Alexander, censor of Heptanomia, has subscribed.
