They have given you another memorandum at my request concerning the same places, which you have mentioned to Pechytis who was in Pathyris, to bring them to you the specified ones of Pechytus, having written to you through the underlying letter, establishing in the city of Crocodilopolis, in the presence of Demetrius the commander, Asclepiades the servant, Polianthos, and Psemminios of Patoutos, Hermocrates the chief guard, to present to me those concerning Thotortaios who took land from the boundaries, to swear upon the Kronios that these are the boundaries of this land until the 16th year upon the father of the king, having sworn to me the oath, the boundaries were set forth by the willing present elders from the place and they wrote to me the memorandum, neither to themselves to be exempted nor to any other of them; but now I inquire about this and Takemin his mother, having received Phoebus from the village secretary, to work to write to Pacobius until the 16th year of the time.

But when Pan has sworn, the boundaries were set forth by the willing, and a memorandum was written to Pan not to come, nor any other of those present with him. Therefore, in order that you may know, we have written to you.

Understanding from the preceding that the appropriate conduct has been made upon Dionysius the steward, and the sworn statement presented to Pan from the willing, having been fulfilled by him, in the presence of the elders from the place and Phoebus from the village secretary and those around Horon, it was evident that Pan chiefly holds the land, concerning which it was sold from the royal record.
