Marcus Aurelius Ammonion Lupergus, son of Sarapion, freed his household slave Helen, who was about 34 years old, among friends, and he received in return for her freedom from Aurelius Aletis Inaroutis from the village of Tisicheos, in the Hermupolitan district, 2,200 Augustan drachmas, which Ales Inaroutis himself donated to Helen, the freedwoman mentioned above. This was done in Hermupolis, a major and splendid city, on the 7th day before the Kalends of August, during the consulship of Gratus and Seleucus, in the year 4 of the Emperor Caesar Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Pius Felix Augustus, in the month of Mesore, on the 1st day.

Marcus Aurelius Ammonion, son of Lupergus Sarapion, born of the mother Terheuta, from Hermopolis Maior, ancient and splendid, has manumitted among friends his own house-born slave woman named Helene, approximately thirty-four years old, and ordered her to be free. He received for her freedom from Aurelius Ales, son of Inarous, from the village of Tisichis in the nome of Hermopolis, two thousand two hundred Augustan drachmas, which Aurelius Ales, son of Inarous, himself gave as a gift to the aforementioned freedwoman Helene.
