Translation into English

Debts should be given by you to the one who is accustomed to it. We owe you whatever should be given by you. In addition to this, we should provide you with our reverence monthly for all the mentioned amount of half a gold coin, three and a half drachmas of gold coin, whenever you come to us in our storage of this city, and it should not be allowed for us to withdraw from this agreement before the time is completed, nor for you to lose us in this matter. If we withdraw before the time, we should immediately be obliged to give a fine of six gold coins, from all that I possess. If you also lose us before the completion of this, you should give us immediately a fine of the same amount of six gold coins, and we have agreed upon this.

Aurelianus Serenus (and) Amæus, son of Apollon, fish merchants, the ones mentioned, should write the document as is appropriate. Aurelianus Heracleius, son of Ioannes, wrote on behalf of them, being present and illiterate.
