"We, Aurelii Serenus and Amaios son of Apollo, fishmongers, the aforementioned, agree to this document as stated. I, Aurelius Herakleios son of Ioannes, wrote on their behalf, as they are present but illiterate. Through me, Elias."
"Agreement made by Aurelii Amaios son of Apollo and Serenus son of Apollo to the most reverent Kyricos, deacon."
The document primarily contains Koine Greek. The Latin elements are minimal and mostly abbreviations or notations such as "nomismatia" (coins), "chr(ysou)" (of gold), "ker(atia)" (carats), and personal names in Latinized form ("Aurelius"). These have been translated above within the Greek context.
