ὁμολογεῖ/ παρακεχωρηκέναι Ἡνιόχωι Ἡνιό-
χοῦ Κυρηναίωι τῆς ἐπιγονῆς τοῦ αὑτοῦ ἀμπελῶνος οὗ εἶχεν περὶ Θεογενίδα
πλὴν τῶν τριῶν ἀρου(ρῶν) καὶ τετάρτου τῆς ἀμπέλου, ὧν ἐπρίατο Ἡνίοχος ἐκ τοῦ βασιλικοῦ τὰ λοιπὰ συγκύροντα τά τε ὑποδωχῖα
καὶ τὸν κάλαμον καὶ τὴν ψιλὴν γῆν καὶ τὸ μέρος τῆς ληνοῦ ὅσα ἐν τῆι ὑποθήκηι διασεσάφηται ἔχειν
τασσόμενον ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν τὰ εἰς τὸ βασιλικόν γινόμενα. ἀπέχει δὲ Ἡρακλείδης παρὰ Ἡνιόχου τὸ ἀνὴλωμα χαλκοῦ (δραχμὰς) πεντακοσίας.

Heracleides, son of Philoxenus, of the Thracians of the descendants
confirms that he has granted to Heniokhos, son of Heniokhos, Cyrenaean, of the descendants of his own vineyard, which he had concerning Theogenes, except for three arouras and a fourth of the vineyard, which Heniokhos purchased from the royal estate, the remaining things concerning the accommodations and the cane and the bare land and the part of the winepress as much as is specified in the deposit.
Heracleides is to receive from Heniokhos the bronze payment (five hundred drachmas). The record keeper is Kydippos, son of Agathocles.

Herakleides, son of Philoxenos, a Thracian of the epigone, acknowledges that he has ceded to Heniochos, son of Heniochos, a Cyrenaean of the epigone, his own vineyard which he possessed near Theogenis, except for three and a quarter arouras of the vineyard, which Heniochos had purchased from the royal (property), along with the remaining adjacent properties, including the storage facilities, the reed-bed, the uncultivated land, and the portion of the winepress as clearly specified in the mortgage, with the obligation to pay the dues owed to the royal treasury. Herakleides has received from Heniochos the sum of five hundred drachmas of bronze. The keeper of the contract is Kydippos, son of Agathokles, of the hipparchy (hundred-aroura unit).
