English Translation

Year 12 and year 11 and year 4. Psais, son of Tousis, has paid (or cancelled) for the levy of the two-drachma tax for the receipts of the same year, two drachmas and two obols of silver. I, Aurelius Theon, son of Pisistratus, having served as decaproti (local official) of the toparchy of Mesobe, have written the receipt. (Second hand:) I, Aurelius Titus Aelius Isidorus, having served as official, have signed (or noted).
