Translation into English

When you wish to be established in your mind, and you know what disturbs you, before dinner, you will drink, and when you dine, at the same time at the dinner table, you will eat the food and finish most of the dinner, and the next day, you will make a plan. Let this be done. I have deliberated with Pachon at the table (the rest) in it (talents). I assume that it is beneficial from the perspective.

English Translation

"Whenever you wish to settle your mind and you know what disturbs you, drink before dinner, and when you dine, eat eggs together with the meal, and consume the greater part of the dinner. On the following day, conduct an examination."
