Year 16 of the reign of Pauni, in Pathyra, under Hermius, the public servant of Paniskos. Agathinos, son of Philoxenos, from Plato, the relative and general, and Patēs Poērios, the two sons of Panas, son of Patēs, of the Persians from Pathyra, as (of years) 30 days from the month of Pauni. The loan shall be repaid by the borrower Panas to Agathinos and Patēs to those lending in the month of Epeiph, on the 20th of the same year; if he does not repay within the specified time, he shall pay as it is written, immediately and necessarily; and the action shall be against Agathinos and Patēs from the borrowed Panas and from all their possessions, acting as it is just. Hermias, the one from Paniskos, has written this. Year 16 of the reign of Pauni, the loan to Agathinos and Patēs from Panas, son of Patēs, of bronze (talents).

In the 16th year, also the 13th (of the reign), on the 9th of Pauni, at Pathyris, under Hermias, assistant to Paniskos, the agoranomos (market official):
Agathinos, son of Philoxenos, assistant to Platon, his relative and strategos (general), and Pates, son of Poeris—these two lent to Panas, son of Patês, of Persian descent from Pathyris, about 30 years old, tall, dark-skinned, slender, long-faced, straight-nosed, with a scar on the left temple—twelve talents of bronze coinage, interest-free, for a period of thirty days from the 19th of Pauni.
The borrower, Panas, shall repay this loan to Agathinos and Pates, the lenders, on the 20th of the month Epeiph of the same year. If he does not repay within the specified time, he shall immediately pay as written, compulsorily. The right of execution shall belong to Agathinos and Pates against the borrower Panas and against all his possessions, as if by legal judgment.
——
Hermias, assistant to Paniskos, has recorded this.
In the 16th year, also the 13th (of the reign), on the 19th of Pauni: Loan from Agathinos and Pates to Panas, son of Patês, twelve talents of bronze.
