Kollouthes Phagirius, a Persian of the lineage of Horus Nechouthus, acknowledges that he has been appointed and that he shall not depart from the land that is his, which is a land of agriculture, being the land that is in the vicinity of Pathyris, of three arouras, of the seven arouras in the fields, and of the property of the two seals, of which the neighbors are:
One, the southern land of Patiphios, the northern land of Pakobios through the sons of Phibios, the royal road of the sun, the land of Libos of Pamenkhat and of the partners, and the other southern land of Pakobios, the northern land of Tathotios, the royal road of the sun, the land of Poregebthios and Paotos, or whoever may be neighbors of the two seals, of which the sale of the appointed land was completed in the year 15 of Phaophi, to the land of agriculture that is left to me, and that he shall not come upon it, nor shall he himself, nor any other person over him, come upon the Horus, nor upon any other of those who are under him concerning the arouras, and if not, let the road be void to the one who is traveling, and let the one who comes pay immediately the appointed amount of six talents of bronze and sacred silver drachmas of the king, and let nothing less than this be obligatory for him to do according to what has been written.
