Paneheus Gounsius Persis and Senenouphis Phibios agree with the Persian (*)
with her lord [husband(?) Paneheus].

Paseme to the four (*) of those from Pathyra, the Persians, who are to be removed from the documents submitted with Thaibis.
Phibios to their mother according to the writing of the sale in trust through the matters concerning Panevchoun (*) to be fulfilled in the year instead of
10 debts, not allowing Paneheus and Senenouphis to come concerning debts or concerning any other matter.
Let it not be permitted (*) to Paneheus and Senenouphis to go upon the pledged things of no one (*).
Whoever may come or any other person on their behalf
15 shall pay an immediate fine of twenty talents of bronze
and three hundred drachmas of silver to the kings as sacred money. And this agreement (*)
let it be valid (*) everywhere it may be presented.
