English Translation

I, the aforementioned Phatres, swear by Caesar Emperor, son of god, Zeus Eleutherios Augustus, that I have submitted the present declaration in good health and truthfully concerning all patrimonial properties, and that nothing therein is false. If I swear truthfully, may it be well with me; but if falsely, may the opposite occur.
