ὁμολογῶ Πελάγιος Σαραπᾶτος ἐσχήκεναι παρὰ σοῦ χρυσοῦ νομίσματα δέκα ἡμισοι τοῦ ὀφειλήματος μου χρυσοῦ προκειμένου. ἐρρῶσθαί σαι εὔχομαι πολλοῖς χρόνοις. σεσημείωμαι.

Translation

I, Pelagios Sarapatos, confess that I have received from you ten and a half gold coins, which are my debt of gold, concerning the matter at hand. I wish you to be well for many times. I have noted this.
