Translation into English

In the time of the consuls Publius Metilius Nepos and Marcus Annius Libo, on the tenth day before the Kalends of March, in the second year of the new province of Arabia, on the sixth day in Maos concerning Zoaran, regarding the will and agreement, Judas son of Eleazar, also known as Aingadinos of the Chthousians, acknowledged before Simon of Babatha his own wife, in the presence of the overseer of this matter for the sake of Jacob son of Jesus, all present here, so that Judas might be able to withdraw from her to discuss the deposit of a good silver coin of the denomination of three hundred denarii, to have and owe these in deposit until such time as it may please Babatha or whoever may act on her behalf, to demand from the same Judas the denarii of the deposit as previously written. And if the same Judas, when demanded, does not readily return, according to the law of the deposit, he shall be liable to return to her the deposit double with damages, and he shall also be responsible for the illegalities of such matters, and if the act occurs, this same Babatha or whoever acts on her behalf shall present this document from Judas and all his possessions everywhere, both what he has and what he may acquire, in the manner he chooses to collect the payment. He was asked in good faith and he agreed that these things should be done so well.
