Maron, son of Socrates, and Dionysius, son of Heracleides, we are at a distance from Ammonius, which he had of us, our companions and forks through the two, and he himself has been separated from the places of which he had built for us with the brick that had been cut in the thirteenth year, still and no one present until the present day. Maron, I have written the most important things. (hand 2) Dionysius has also taken our companions and forks.

Διονύσιος συναπέ[σ]χ̣[ηκα τὰς ἄμας καὶ δικέλλας]
Maron, son of Socrates, and Dionysios, son of Herakleides:
We acknowledge that we have received from Ammonios the shovels and hoes which he had from us, and that he himself has received back the pottery (or clay vessels) from which he made bricks for us in the past thirteenth year, and that up to the present day he has no further claim against us.
I, Maron, have written most of this.
I, Dionysios, have jointly acknowledged [the return of the shovels and hoes].
