From Pharmouthi of the Indiction, from the New Theodosiopolis, the New Theodosiopolis, having been sold, the land and the property of the said city, let it be recorded to the private [individual] according to the [law] of the city, and let it be half of the eighth [part] of the sixteenth (and) to the other uses (and) just [uses] from the agreement, they have declared the southern [part] of the property, the Nile [land], the agreed upon twenty-one [units] of currency, the stable [land] that is registered, a portion free from all debts and no one hindering [it] and being made [available].
