ἁμαρτίας τοι[αύ]τας οὐδὲ [πα]ρ̣άσχῃ ἡ ὑμετέρα θεοφύλακτος ἀδελφότης ἐὰν τὰ τέκνα πᾶν δουρίσωσιν, ἵνα μὴ εἴπω ἄλλο τί ποτε. οὔτε γάρ ἐστιν ἀντάλλαγμα ψυχι̣[κὸν] καὶ ο[ὔ]τε τ[η̣]ρ̣ε̣νκ̣ρα̣τωε γρ̣κα̣ὶ̣ ει̣[̣]τ̣ει̣τ[ῶν γ]ραμμάτων π[̣]φεως εὑρόντι δώδεκα κεράτια κω̣ς̣ τῷ τζρ̣ο̣[̣] τ̣ῷ γεωργῷ ὑπὲρ Κολλούθου Θεολογίου εἰς μετάθεσιν. καὶ περισου ἠπαιτήθη τὰ ἐκφόρια κ[αὶ] ταχ[έως δ]ο̣ῦ̣ν̣α̣ι̣ [̣]ει α̣[ὐ]τῷ τὰ δώδεκα κεράτια καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ παρόντος πάλιν ἤδη ἠπαιτήθη τὰ ἐκφόρια, ἵνα οὖν μάθητε ὅτι τὰ δώδεκα κεράτια χρεία ἀπ[ο]δ[ο]θῆναι αὐτῷ ἐ[φεξ]ῆς, ἵνα συντελέσωσιν οἱ κληρονόμοι τοῦ μακαρίτου Κολλούθου τὰ δώδεκα κεράτια καὶ οὐ δυνάμεθα ἄλλ(ο) ὄνομα δ̣ρα τὸν ὑπὲρ παντός. καὶ γὰρ ηὗρον ἐν Βαβυλῶ(νι) τὸ ε̣[̣] δ̣ιφθέρας μ̣̣ τῶν μεταθέσεων περιεῖχεν τὸν διασταλμὸν ὥστε τὸν δεσπ(ότην) ὁμοῦ τὸν ἀμιρᾶ παραγγεῖλ(αι) ἡμῖν φυλάξαι πρὸς τὴν δύναμιν τοῦ διφθερίου. λοιπόν, ὡς εἴρηται, ἀπόδ[οτ]ε αὐτῷ τὰ δώδεκα [κε]ράτια καὶ ἐφεξῆς \οὐ/ παρήγγει̣λ(α) τῷ διοικητῇ ζητῆσαι τὰ δώδεκα κεράτια ἐκ τ(ῶν) κληρονόμων τοῦ μακα(ρίτου) Κολλο[ύθου] † τ[ῷ] θεωφ[υλ]ά̣ (κτῳ) μου δεσπό(τῃ) (καὶ) ἀδελφῷ

Of such sins, your God-protected brotherhood will not grant, if all the children serve. For there is neither a soul exchange nor a [certain] [thing]. When the twelve keratia are found, let them be given to him, and again, it has already been requested that the twelve keratia be given, so that you may learn that the twelve keratia need to be given to him subsequently, so that the heirs of the blessed Kollouthos may complete the twelve keratia, and we cannot name another [thing] for the sake of all. For I found in Babylon the [certain] diphtheria of the transfers, which contained the extension so that the lord may command us to keep according to the power of the diphtheria. Therefore, as it has been said, give him the twelve keratia, and subsequently, I did not command the administrator to seek the twelve keratia from the heirs of the blessed Kollouthos.
