the one and a half aroura of land belonging to Fronto
near Philadelphia, in which there are scattered palm trees,
being held in common and undivided from three arouras,
for four years, four harvests, four sowings,
the palm trees from those existing at the present third year of the lord Hadrian Caesar,
with the produce of the palms falling due for the four years,
and the land itself from the coming fourth year,
at an annual rent for the land and palms
of one hundred twenty silver drachmas, without deduction and without risk,
with the work being done by me, the lessee,
and I will pay the aforementioned rent [ - - - ]
forty drachmas, and the remaining eighty drachmas
in the month [ - - - ] after the time of harvest,
if it seems good to lease.
(Second hand) I, Lucius Longinus, through Apellas, have leased
