In the year 38, in the month of Choiak, in Pathyris, under the magistrate Sarapion, Apollonia lent to Ptolemaios son of Hermokrates of Cyrene, with the consent of her husband Dryton of Pamphylia, thirty-five artabas of wheat without interest. This loan shall be repaid by those who borrowed it to Apollonia in the month of Pachon of the year 38. The new, pure, unadulterated wheat shall be delivered to her house for her own use, in the measure that they have also received. If they do not repay it within the specified time, they shall immediately pay half of the price that is current in the market. The borrowers shall be mutually responsible for the repayment of all debts incurred through this loan. The transaction shall be valid for Apollonia from both of the borrowers and from each of them and from whoever may be chosen, and from all their possessions as per the law.
