Ἔτους νγ Χοιαχ ιε ἐν Παθύρει ἐφʼ Ἡλιοδώρου ἀγορανόμου· ἐδάνεισεν Καίης Πατῆτος Πέρσης τῆς ἐπιγονῆς Ἁρπαήσει Πόρτιτος Πέρσῃ τῆς ἐπιγονῆς πυρῶν ἀρ(τάβας) κε. τὸ δὲ δάνειον τοῦτο ἀπο-δότω ὁ δεδανεισμένος Καίητι ἐν μηνὶ Παχὼν τοῦ νγ (ἔτους) νέον καθαρὸν ἀποκαθεστάμενον εἰς οἶκον πρὸς αὐτὸν ἰδίοις ἀνηλώ-μασιν μέτρωι ὧι καὶ παρείληφεν· ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἀποδῶι ἐν τῶι ὡρισμένωι χρόνωι, ἀποτεισάτω παρα-χρῆμα ἡμιόλιον τὴν ἐσομένην ἐν τῆι ἀγορᾶι τιμήν· ἡ δὲ πρᾶξις ἔστω Καίητι ἐκ τοῦ Ἁρπαήσιος καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων αὐτῶι πάντων καθάπερ ἐγ δίκης.

Year 53, in Choiak, 15th day, in Pathyris, under Heliodorus, the agoranomos; Caius Patetus, a Persian of the lineage, lent to Harpaesius Portitus, a Persian of the lineage, barley (or wheat) and. This loan shall be repaid by the borrower, Caius, in the month of Pachon of the 53rd (year), a new clean amount established in his house for his own expenses, as he has received; if he does not repay within the specified time, he shall pay immediately half the price that will be in the market; and the action shall be for Caius from the Harpaesian and from all his possessions as it is justly due.

Kaies, son of Patet, a Persian of the epigone, lent to Harpaesis, son of Portis, a Persian of the epigone, twenty-five artabas of wheat.
Let the borrower repay this loan to Kaies in the month Pachon of the 53rd year, new, clean, delivered to his house at his own expense, measured by the same measure by which he received it.
If he does not repay within the appointed time, let him immediately pay one and a half times the market price at that time.
Kaies shall have the right of execution against Harpaesis and all his property, as if by legal judgment.
