[Of the reigning king of kings Arsaces, benefactor, just, illustrious, and friend of the Greeks,]
in the year ἔτους δλτ´ as the king of kings leads, as before in the month of Panemus on the thirteenth day,
in Europe in the region of the Parapotamia. Nicanor, son of Xenocrates of Addai, a European, declaring that Timonassa,
daughter of Seleucus of Lysias, a European, has been released to him according to a monetary transaction made
through the royal court in the current year, on the tenth day of the month of Dios, in exchange for a loan which he has borrowed
from Diocles, son of Danymos of Apollonius, a European, in the matter of Timonassa's husband and her,
according to the written agreement at the time of the release, having been renewed, of those belonging to Diocles and Timonassa,
being subject to the same loan agreement upon the conditions of the law concerning mortgages, Nicanor himself has sworn to give
according to the matters concerning the agreements made with Timonassa herself, being in her widowhood, for which he said it would be useful for him
to be under her in many matters, all that is declared to her and all that belongs to Diocles, apart from the bodies of the slaves that are among the same possessions,
whose names are: Nabubarakos, Thikannaia, and Nabouiaabos, being called Baisas, and being present to him Nicanor, for which he will keep the given things securely for all time
to Timonassa and her descendants and to those who will receive from them, and Nicanor will not annul this gift in any way, but if he himself or another from the same agreement
should annul it, the annulment will be void, and Nicanor or the one who brings this will be liable to those who have been appointed concerning the agreements of the gifts.
And this gift will also be valid in this way; it also has a counter-document. Witnesses: (hand 2) Seleucus, Adaios, of the royal judges and of the first and most honored friends and of the bodyguards, Pausanias, the introducer and agent and of the bodyguards,
Damonikios of Marios, Demokrates of Damonikou, Apollogenes of Ptolemaios.
