To King Ptolemy, greetings from Apollonius son of Leptinus, one of the inhabitants of the city of Crocodilopolis in the Arsinoite nome. I am wronged by Thaisithios, the sister of my father. For I have a paternal house in Farbaithos of the Heracleid district, and Thaisithios resides in the house that is registered. After my father passed away in the year 23, and since I need the house in order to bury my father, and having instructed Thaisithios to vacate the house, she did not comply, despising to be with the orphan. Therefore, I beseech you, O King, to command Diofanes the general to write to Mnaséa in my Farbaithos to send her to me, and if what I write is true, to compel her to vacate the house, since she has been living there without my father's consent.
