A copy of the resolution of the year of the seventeenth of the Emperor Caesar Nerva Trajanus, the August Germanicus, in the month of... in the part of the war of the Arsinoite nomos. They mutually acknowledge each other, Castor and Philomena, as the children of Kronos, and the right-hand of the lord of their father Castor, son of Pyrrhon. The agreement is made for the mutual living together which has been established among them from the writing of the agreement, completed through the office in Teptyn, in the previous times, and each of them shall have their own household management as long as they choose. And in the Kronos and in the assembly, whoever wishes to be joined to Lysimachus. Castor, however, the one previously written, acknowledges that he is separated from Lysimachus, the man of his own daughter, Kronos, through the office in Teptyn, bringing a golden and silver document and all kinds of things, and all those written shall not be subject to any claims regarding their mutual living together, nor regarding any other simple matter written, nor any unrecorded debt, nor any overall agreement from the previous times until the present day, in any way. It has happened to them, Lysimachus and Kronos, from each other, the son of Heracleides, who is also Valerius, being void of what the two Lysimachus and Castor have of each other's documents. The signatory of Kronos and Philomena, the one previously written, is her father Castor, son of Pyrrhon, who is also the lord of her. Let this resolution be valid everywhere, being brought forth. Castor and Philomena with the lord of their father Castor, son of Pyrrhon, and Castor, the one previously written, we agree to live together with Lysimachus, which has been established among them from the writing of the agreement, completed through the office in Teptyn in the previous times.
