In the eleventh year of the Emperor Caesar Nerva Trajanus Augustus Germanicus, in the month of New Augustus, in Tebytnis of the district of War, of the law of Arsinoe. Heracleides agrees that he is twenty-seven years old, and Apia, who is also Heracleia, is thirty-eight years old. Both are the aged of Didymus, the elder of Herod, Apia with her husband Didymus of Lysimachus, who is forty-six years old. The two Thaesis, Psenkebkios of Kronion, who is fifty years old, are in the right ankle. With her husband of her own kin, Marepsimios of Marepsimios, who is thirty-six years old, is in the right ankle.
Thaesis is to receive from her two hundred and twenty drachmas in silver, and the interest which she owed to the two Heracleides and Apia's sister Herodia, who has demanded it, according to the secured agreement through the one in Theogonidis, written in the eighth year of Trajan Caesar, in the month of Caesar, which they have also given to Thaesis for nullification and cancellation, and neither of the two Heracleides and Apia shall come to Thaesis nor to those who are with her regarding what they have withheld, as it is not concerning any other simple matter until the present day, nor shall the debt of the two Heracleides and Apia's mother Thaesis be diminished for what she owed to her in security of the silver capital which she holds.
