with the lord of this sister, Tanefrōtus, son of Teōtus of Samba.
From whom I have in the census half of the tenth part of the common and indivisible house and courtyard,
previously of Theon and Socrates of Heron, and of the whole house in the community of Theadelpheia,
I wish to allocate the fifth part of the whole house and courtyard and of the whole house to Socrates, son of Dida of Samba,
from the Bithynians, of the first payment of two hundred silver drachmas.

English Translation

(Second hand) To Dionysios and Theon, former gymnasiarchs, keepers of the archives of property registrations of the Arsinoite nome,
from Apia daughter of Heras, son of Heraklas, from the village of Theadelphia in the division of Themistos,
accompanied by her guardian, Tanefers son of Teos, son of Sambas, who is the husband of her sister.
From whom I possess, according to the census declaration, one half of a tenth share, common and undivided, of a house and courtyard formerly belonging to Theon also called Sokrates, son of Heron, and of the entire building in the quarter in the aforementioned village of Theadelphia.
I wish to transfer one fifth share of the entire house and courtyard and of the whole building to Sokrates son of Didas, son of Sambas, from the Bithynians, of the division of Ision, former chief cultivator (?), for the price of two hundred silver drachmas.
Therefore, I request that instructions be sent to the office at Theadelphia to register this transaction for me as is proper.
