I acknowledge that you are a partner in half of the agricultural share of the current seventeenth year of the Emperor Hadrian, from which you have received from the public account in the document concerning the city above and below, from which from the property of Xenon concerning Tertembethin, sixty-three half acres ((unintelligible)), outside of which you have leased six acres to others, concerning which I have no business, as to be the common lands of me and you as it is intended (acres) nζ 𐅵 ((unintelligible)) and concerning [T]emseus from the [M(?)]ikylus (acres) thirty-seven, (they become) (at the same) (acres) ϙδ 𐅵̣ ((unintelligible)) you have received from the public, in order to complete the tax that is being drawn from you or will be drawn, half of it, equally with me, all the expenses and seeds and works and {a} all the other things to be done without hindrance according to half. {(year) ι} The partnership is valid.
