In the reign of Ptolemy, son of Ptolemy and Berenice, the Benefactor Gods, in the seventh year, during the priesthood of Agathocles, son of Agathocles, descendant of Alexander, and of the Sibling Gods, the Benefactor Gods, and the Philopator Gods, when Arsinoe Philadelphus, daughter of Philēsous, daughter of Demetrius, was basket-bearer, in the month Peritios, at Tholthis in the Oxyrhynchite nome: Hermias, a Macedonian holder of a thirty-aroura allotment among those not yet under a governor, leased his entire allotment, without seed and without risk, to Stachys, son of Theocles, a Corinthian of the division of Philon, and to Pagōtis, son of Panautis, and Panautis, son of Pagōtis, shepherds (or possibly goose-herders), at a rent of sixty artabas of wheat per aroura per year, for one sowing and one harvest. The sowing of the lease will begin in the eighth year, with the crops harvested in the ninth year.
