In the third year of the Autocrat Caesar Vespasian Augustus, in the month of Loaios, on the fourteenth day of Pauni, in Philadelphia of the Heracleid district of the Arsinoite nome. Necferous Petesouchus acknowledges that he is forty years old, measuring with his right hand, as the Heracleid Dioskoros is thirty-five years old, measuring with his left hand. He has been exempted from the obligations he has contracted with him according to the agreement of the loan for the thirteenth year of Nero, in the month of Kaisarion, on the third day through his document, concerning the wheat arrears, from the full amount and that he shall not be liable to the acknowledging Necferous for the Heracleid, nor for those who are with him regarding any debt, nor for any other simple matter, whether recorded or unrecorded, from the previous years until the present day, but neither shall he call nor shall he accuse in any manner, and he has granted to the Heracleid the security of the loan for cancellation and annulment. Whatever may be violated by the acknowledging party, let him repay immediately the damages and the expenses, and the signatures of the acknowledging party, as being fifty years old, with the left hand, and the Heracleid Herakles, as being of the age of the lame, in the right hand. Necferous Petesouchus acknowledges that he is to be exempted from the Heracleid Dioskoros concerning the wheat arrears from the full amount and that he shall not be liable as it has been previously written.
