From Aurelia Tapaitos, daughter of Patermouthios, whose mother is Taisas, from the village of Philadelphia in the Herakleides district: I have purchased, through a public transaction conducted here in Arsinoite on this present day, in the same village of Philadelphia, a small single-story house and courtyard for the price of one talent and nine hundred drachmas of silver, from Aurelii Gounthos and Atari, who acts without a guardian, and her children legally represented by her husband Aurelius Nemesion, son of Julius, whose mother is Theodora, and from Tauetis and Sambathous, minors, the two represented by their aforementioned brother Aurelius Gounthos, all five children of Papnouthios, whose mother is Tanilla, all from the village of A... in the Herakleides district, who have not been registered. Therefore, I submit this document so that the deposit may be made according to the terms under which I have deposited it, equal to the transaction of the sale. For whenever I make its registration, I will demonstrate that it exists and is free from any encumbrance. If it should appear to belong to another or to have been previously seized, this deposit shall not constitute an obstacle through the archive.
