It is necessary for us to be deprived of various things, but to be deprived of them according to common practice. For when these things have happened, we will be helped by you. Farewell. (Year) 7, when the selection was read of the memorandum, it was decided to use the funds of Hipparchus until the arrival of Hipparchus and to declare the law not to be found from the laws."
