English Translation

In the year 35, on the 11th of Phaophi, at Pathyris, during the magistracy of Dioskourides, agoranomos, willingly they drew up (this agreement). Patous son of Patous and Takmeis son of Patous acknowledge that they have sold the sycamore tree belonging to them to Zmenoutes son of Psemmonthes for one talent and four (units) of bronze, each (party) five (units) of bronze(?). Patous will owe Takmeoutis five (units), which he will deliver in the month Pachon of the same year. If he does not repay, he shall immediately pay back one and a half times (the amount).
