Year 12 of the 29th of Tybi in the city of Crocodilopolis under the magistracy of Paniskos of the upper district of Pathyris. Petearsemtheus, son of Panebchounios from Pathyris, lent to Psemmenchus, son of Nechouth, of the Persian lineage of the descendants from the same Pathyris six jars of wine without interest. This loan shall be repaid by Psemmenchus to Petearsemtheus in the month of Mesore of the current year, at the time specified, for the wine of sweet wine measured in four choinikes, and let it be provided as permanent and agreeable until Athyr. If he does not repay or does not act within the specified time as written, let him pay immediately in the following month instead of the specified jars of wine nine jars of wine. The transaction shall be conducted by Petearsemtheus from the borrowed Psemmenchus and from all that belongs to him, acting as if in accordance with the law.

In the 12th year, on the 16th of Tybi, in the city of Crocodilopolis, under Paniskos, agoranomos (market supervisor) of the upper toparchy of Pathyritis:
Petearsemtheus, son of Panebchounis, from Pathyris, lent to Psemmenches, son of Nechouthos, grandson of Pboukis, a Persian of the epigone (descendants), also from the same Pathyris, six jars of wine without interest.
Psemmenches shall repay this loan to Petearsemtheus in the month of Mesore of the aforementioned year, at the wine-press, with new sweet wine measured by the four-choes measure, and he shall guarantee its quality and acceptability until the 30th of Hathyr of the 13th year.
If he does not repay or fulfill this within the specified time as written above, he shall immediately pay in the following month nine jars of wine instead of the aforementioned six jars.
The right of execution shall belong to Petearsemtheus against the borrower Psemmenches and all his possessions, enforcing it as if by legal judgment.
