To Aurelius Heron and Dionysodorus, the praepositus of the pagus, from Aurelians, through Theodoros, father of Parippos, the village leaders of the village of Bompai: we announce and we give back into our leadership the men listed below, being wealthy and suitable for our own danger, whom we guarantee to be performing the service without fail, unless we ourselves will fill the land on their behalf and, having been questioned, we have sworn: there are Theodoros of Tomuzis, of the consulate of our lords Licinius the Augustus and Licinius the most illustrious Caesar for eternity. We have reported this and I have written on behalf of them.
