Apollonides to Demonactis,
greetings to your brother. If you are well,
along with your father and the brothers and the other things
according to the word, may it be as I wish. I hope
that both you and all those with me are well.
I have received the letter from you in which you explained other things
and concerning the station to take from you.
Therefore, know that I did not decide to take it until you arrive.
And indeed now, having arranged other things for me, you did not compose it well,
so that we might not pass into the contest by chance.
