κυρι πάτερ, ὅτι εἰδοὺ ἐζη-φώνησα μετὰ τοῦ Θεοδοσίου τοῦ νομίσματος καδες νζ.
ἐὰν θέλις, δὲς αὐτοῦ το θέλις καὶ πησον τὰ ζηφωνά σου μετʼ αὐτοῦ, εἵνα κηδινευ̣ει τὸν οἶνον.
καὶ βλέπε περὶ τοῦ οἴνου, ὅτι τὰ ἡποκάτω τοῦ ποδίου αὐτοῦ πονῖ.

ἐὰν θέλῃς, δὸς αὐτῷ ὃ θέλεις καὶ ποίησον τὰ σιφώνιά σου μετʼ αὐτοῦ, ἵνα κηδεύῃ τὸν οἶνον.
καὶ βλέπε περὶ τοῦ οἴνου, ὅτι τὰ ὑποκάτω τοῦ ποδίου αὐτοῦ πονεῖ·
φέρε τὸν ἰατρὸν καὶ ποίει αὐτό.

English Translation

To God.
Know, lord father, that behold, I have siphoned off with Theodosius fifty-seven jars of wine by measure.
If you wish, give him what you desire and make your siphons with him, so that he may take care of the wine.
And pay attention concerning the wine, because the area beneath its base is damaged.
Bring the craftsman (literally "doctor") and have it repaired.
