προσαγορεύω τὴν ἀμίμητόν σου διάθεσιν, δέσποτα, καὶ παρακαλῶ σ[ε] ὡς ἐν τῇ προσευχῇ μνηθῇς ἐμοῦ τοῦ Χαιρήμονος. τοῦτο δὲ εἰ ποιήσειας, ἔσει μοι τὰ μέγιστα χαριζόμενος. καὶ εὐλόγησόν με καὶ εὖξαι τῷ κυρίῳ μου Θεῷ νυκτὸς καὶ ἡμέρας περὶ ἐμοῦ. ἀσπάζομαι τοὺς ἀγαπητοὺς καὶ τοὺς φιλοῦντας τὸν λόγον τοῦ Θεοῦ τοῦ κυρίου μου. ἐν πίστει ἔχε.
ἀλλὰ μετὰ τὸν ὕψιστον Θεὸν ἐπανάκιμαι τῇ σῇ θεοσεβείᾳ καὶ πέπισμαι ὡς ταῖς σαῖς εὐχαῖς οὐδὲν δύναμαι.

I address your incomparable disposition, my lord, and I beseech you as in prayer to remember me, Chairemon. If you do this, you will grant me the greatest gifts. And bless me and pray to my Lord God for me day and night. I embrace those who love the word of God, my Lord. Keep in faith.
But I am placed with the Most High God in your piety, and I am convinced that by your prayers I can do nothing.
