To Claudius [...], strategos of the Arsinoite nome, Themistos division,
from Onnophris and [...] both sons of Maron, from the village of Theadelphia, both being private cultivators.
In the current 4th year of Trajan Caesar our lord, we were assigned to cultivation from the lands around Euhemeria, of the first sealed area, 43 arouras,
and from the additionally registered land of the cultivated sealed area, similarly 8 arouras of previously uncultivated land having been uncovered,
we cultivate them as we were compelled to register additionally, totaling 51 arouras as stated above.
Later, after we had made the sowing, a certain Lysas son of Apollonius approached the indicated 8 arouras, claiming they were uncultivated,
and undertook to pay their rent at 2 artabas of barley per aroura. Moreover, having uncovered another 12 arouras of dry shoreland and having cultivated and sown them at the proper time,
the same Lysas approached maliciously and undertook to pay rent at 5 artabas of wheat per aroura. And the matters concerning Petesouchos similarly,
after we had made the sowing [...] four artabas [...] of wheat, we appealed to you and to the royal scribe who came down to the village to investigate the cultivation done by us,
and we provided him with the proofs [...]. The aforementioned Petesouchos is causing trouble and hindering [...], and it was destroyed [...]
