Auctoritas, Caesar Nerva Traianus Augustus Germanicus Dacicus.
To Claudius Erasios, strategos of the portion of Arsinoe Themistos, from Onnophreus and the two of Maron(?), of the farmers from the village of Theadelpheia. We wish to lease, from mutual agreement, concerning the village of Philagris, of winter and summer arouras, which were previously in lease, of the cultivated fields of eleven and thirty, of one hundred and ten arouras for a period of four years from the present eighth year, other one hundred and five towards only the present eighth year of the Emperor Caesar Nerva Traianus Augustus Germanicus Dacicus. We will write down the silver tax and we will measure the annual exports of the Theadelpheia grain dealers; if anything is accepted by us for the purpose of choosing, we will be mutually responsible to those of Philagris for the expenses, if they appear to be leasing for all those proposed. Onnophreus will not be liable for a small finger.
