I, Julius, of the village of Leucius, have been appointed and have been filled [by] the holy Philoponia.
On the second day, through Faustus, the overseer of the same holy Philoponia, on behalf of [ ] the name [ ] of Psat’tius, on behalf of the public of the twelfth.
In the indiction, for the thousands of silver, four hundred and fifty, and on behalf of the contribution of the thirteenth indiction, of grain of the [ ] half, become thousands of silver.

English Translation

† I, Julius, the elder [or greater] of the village of Leukios, have received and have been paid in full [by] the holy diligence (philoponia) on the second (day), through Faustus, the administrator of the same [holy] diligence, on behalf of [ . . . ] the name of Psattios [ . . . ], for the public tax of the twelfth indiction, amounting to four hundred fifty myriads of silver, and for the additional levy (embole) of the thirteenth indiction, [amounting to] artabas of wheat of the granary [ . . . ] and a half, totaling myriads of silver [ . . . ].
